Joni's Review ~ Cinderella’s Enchanted Night (The Cinderella Body Club #4) by Amber Daulton

Annalise Gallagher wanted Elijah Burleigh. Plain and simple. She’d watched him from afar for months, her friends called her ‘his own personal stalker’, and then she made a wish on a magic pendant for a full-body makeover. Transformed into the gorgeous knockout she’d always wanted to be, she asked Elijah out on a date and wore a haute couture gown straight from Paris to his friend’s wedding.

With just twenty-four hours on the clock, her enchanted night faded into the morning hours and everything crashed down around her. Annalise harbored a shameful secret and Elijah demanded the truth with the veil of magic gone.

The truth, however, could destroy her fragile confidence and push him away forever.

Amber contacted me to review this story for her and of course I couldn’t turn her down. She is one author that will always get a yes from me no matter how busy my schedule is and I’ll tell you why. She has an amazing g talent at writing a short story that leaves you feeling complete. There are never any questions left unanswered or details left untold. You get one complete novel in a novella. I absolutely adore her writing and wish I had her talent. Now, onto my review…..

Annalise wanted nothing more than to have a chance with Elijah. She would take part in the same museum tour over and over just to be close to him, hoping that one day he would notice her. During a girl’s night with her three best friends she makes a wish on a magic pendant. She was skeptical and didn’t believe her wish would come true, that is until she woke up the next morning and looked in the mirror and saw herself the way she always wanted to be … beautiful.

The catch was that her beauty would only twenty four hours, so she had one shot to get her dream date with Elijah. When he accepts she pulls out a designer gown that’s been wasting away in her closet. She was determined to make the best of her one night with her dream man.

As night fades into morning Annalise must make a hasty retreat before Elijah sees her the way she looks every other day and turns away from her. She’d rather have a memory than to see the distaste on his face when he sees the “real” her. Her retreat is interrupted when she finds Elijah  wide awake and waiting on her. What will happen now?

I’m not going to tell you!! Get the book and find out for yourself you won’t be disappointed!!!

I give this book 5 Enchanted Stars!!!

Author of Forever Winter, A Hero's Heart, Lightning over Bennett Ranch, and Mistletoe in the City, I published my first book in 2012 which was a dream come true.

I've been with Books to Go Now since early 2013 and I've published four books with them so far.

Reviews are available on Amazon, Goodreads and Shelfari, as well as on numerous blogs. Links to these blogs can be found at http://amberdaultonauthor.blogspot.com.

My mind is a wonderland of romance and adventure, laughter and awesome ways of kicking a guy when he's down. I read, write and enjoy contemporary, paranormal and historical novels alike. I just can't get enough of feisty heroines and alpha heroes. Writing takes up most of my time, aside from my tedious day job in the retail industry, and I probably wouldn't be too sane without my computer and notebooks. After all, what's a girl to do when there are people jabbering away in her head and it's hard to shut them up? Write! Nothing else works.

When I'm not busy toiling away on my computer, I acknowledge the fact that I do, indeed, live in reality and then I remember that I'm married with five adorable kitties. *Wink wink* My wonderful, punk-rocker husband supports me in my career (cough cough--obsession) and always lends a pair of eyes to my manuscripts.
