I fell in love with the characters from the beginning.
All the emotions are there, sorrow, love, anger, and happiness. Kaydee did an
amazing job of pulling on my heart strings and leave me wanting more.
Hunter is a kind, good hearted man, and an amazing father
who lost the love of his life on what should’ve been one of the happiest days
of their lives. If it hadn’t been for his brother, Heath and his fiancé Peyton
he wouldn’t have survived the hand he was dealt.
Kali’s life didn’t turn out as she had planned it at all.
The man who was supposed to love and protect her was her greatest fear. When
she took the step to get away and begin a new life she lived through another
nightmare. Kali is brought solace by a sweet little motherless child and her
family and best friend Peyton by her side.
Hunter and Kali both know there is something more between
them than just friendship, they both feel more, but are too afraid to move
forward from their past.
Is it possible for these two to find their forever with
each other or will they hold on to their fears?
